Symmetry(대칭) in Korea’s Gyeongbokgung Palace


In response to this week’s photo challenge, Symmetry, I have chosen two pictures of the Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul, South Korea: the third gate and the palace interior.

You can see the symmetry leaking out of not just the architecture but the paintings and surroundings. Let me promise you this, in person it can literally take your breathe away.DSC_0394Here is the third gate, you can see the interior palace through the doorway. DSC_0401
